December 1776, Sarah Seawright, b. 1753, Augusta County, VA, d. 19 June 1834, Union District, SC, Daughter of John and Sarah (Leeper) Seawright." page 116, He lived in Union Co., SC. The deeds there show he had extensive land holdings. His will is recorded in Union Co., Will Book 5, p. 334, dated 1 March 1842, recorded 2 June 1844. Nicholas sailed from Ireland to Colony of SC in 1767, when he was 15 years of age, elder brother, Alexander. He Petitioned for 100 acres of land on 25 May 1767 as did his father and elder brother Alexander.
